Last Updated: May 25, 2026

Paid App Purchase

InspirationDraft is currently offered as a paid upfront app through the App Store. This version does not provide in-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, or extra Pro unlocks. The current purchase price is displayed by Apple on the App Store before download, and payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Any refund requests or purchase issues are handled under Apple's App Store policies.

This app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the InspirationDraft app, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.

No Liability for Data Loss

InspirationDraft stores your drafts locally and optionally syncs them via iCloud. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device wiping, accidental deletions, iCloud sync conflicts, or OS issues. Please ensure iCloud Drive is enabled to maintain a backup of your drafts.

Third-Party AI Endpoints

You may elect to configure custom AI endpoints (e.g. OpenAI-compatible APIs). We do not control these services and you use such third-party APIs at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of service of any endpoint you configure, and for ensuring that any draft content you submit complies with those terms.

Local AI Models

InspirationDraft may allow you to download optional local AI model files for on-device AI thinking and rewrite features. Model downloads may be large, require sufficient device storage and network connectivity, and may be removed or re-downloaded from within the app. Third-party model files may be subject to their own open-source or provider license terms.

AI Output

AI-generated suggestions, rewrites, thinking expansions, or other outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it and for ensuring that your drafts and any AI-assisted content are used lawfully.
