By downloading, installing, or using Family Health Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Services (Premium)
The App offers auto-renewable subscription services to unlock premium features (e.g., AI analysis, unlimited data export, advanced charts).
- Subscription Periods & Pricing: The App offers monthly and yearly subscription options. The specific subscription fees will be displayed on the in-app purchase screen prior to your confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Manage Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
- Refund Policy: All paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
3. AI Features Disclaimer
The App includes features powered by third-party AI. Please note:
- Not Medical Advice: AI-generated content (e.g., case analysis, medicine identification) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Professional Consultation: Always consult a healthcare professional before making any medical decisions based on information provided by the App.
- Accuracy: The developer is not legally responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI analysis results.
4. Data Ownership
Your health data belongs to you. We do not own your data and do not transmit it to servers without your explicit action (e.g., using AI features). See our Privacy Policy for details.
